Bright Moon Films are makers of engaging and original productions. We are continually developing programmes for broadcast TV and are currently working on a slate of new ideas including single films and series.
Bright Moon Films have recently researched, developed and produced a Broadband TV Channel – inexcess.tv – producing over 100 hours of digital content Bright Moon Films were responsible for all programme production for the initial launch year of Inexcess TV.
Along side Broadcast and Broadband TV, we have also produced corporate productions and arts-based programmes ~ recently delivering projects for the Sound City Festival, Liverpool, and working with Creative ideas In Action to produce films for the Heritage Lottery programme and Aim Higher.Passport to Liverpool was developed and funded by Bright Moon Films. It is about a voyage into the heart of a city ~ once the gateway to the Empire. Its character built on the dockside by immigrants from around the world, souls seeking a new beginning. Uncertain of its identity as an English city. Passport to Liverpool speaks to the men and the women who have inherited the spirit of Liverpool, casting a light on the story of a unique seaport.
